Here are some pictures of Rebekah's Golden Birthday Party (Golden because it was on the 6th and she turned 6). She had a great time with friends and family that came to help celebrate. She got to invite some of her friends from school. She chose a puppy theme for the party and was adamant that we play twister too. So we started off the games with twister (unfortunately I forgot to bring out the camera until almost the end), feed the doggy the bone (instead of pin the tale on the donkey), and puppy pictionary which seemed to be the hit for the night. Even the adults got into the puppy pictionary by the end.

Rebekah wanted puppy cupcakes, but with last minute substitutions that we had to make they turned out looking more like mice than puppies. She still had fun making them though and that's the point so they turned out great.

Rebekah's new bed and matching dresser thanks to grandma and grandpa Day. She was really excited to get her own bed and not be "seasick" on the top bunk anymore. Isaac was a little jealous that he didn't get a new bed too so he had to try it out first. I think he's a little lonely all by himself, but Nathan will be joining him shortly in the "boys" room.
Rebekah is also excited to share her new room with her baby sister when she gets here, but for now she's sharing with Nathan since he still needs the crib for a little longer. And a P.S. the last few weeks Isaac has started potty training and so far is doing pretty well. He's even staying dry at night! It's still two steps forward one back, but he's made enough progress that I feel like he's there. It's soooooo much better than changing diapers, that's for sure!
